The owner of this Seaside home wanted to install numerous high performance green energy solutions. As a result, this home uses geothermal heating and cooling, it is enveloped in highly efficient multi-layered wrap and spray foam insulation, the roof is lined with solar PV panels, we installed storm impact cased windows, and it’s equipped with high efficiency appliances.

Of all of the beneficial outcomes, arguably the best one is that the homeowners now pay just $120 per month for all of their heating and cooling.
