Transformation in progress on Wreck Pond in Sea Girt

Take a look at an amazing project in Sea Girt that the DDB team has been working on. This home, situated on a slightly elevated corner property on The Terrace in Sea Girt, has stunning views of Wreck Pond. The existing home embodied many trademarks of 70s-era residential architecture:  grand entrance, vaulted ceilings, spiral staircases, lots of angles and a brown-on-brown color scheme. 

At the top of our clients’ home renovation goals was transforming the exterior to a unique coastal home. You can see some of those details coming together--porches, balconies, and Pella SDL windows to take in the view.
